We believe that our years of estate liquidation experience enables our team to expertly organize and manage your housing transition in a much quicker, safer and a more cost-effective manner. Using our relocation service can be a vital part of an organized and highly cost-effective move and while our team is managing all of the details you can now focus on other urgent matters during the pending housing transition.
Our relocation team organizes, safely packs everything up, and coordinates the entire move and then, upon arrival at the new residence we carefully unpack and stage your new home for a comfortable and timely occupancy. (Available within a 30 mile radius in Los Angeles and Orange Counties)
Once your downsizing relocation has been completed, we then conduct a public estate sale event to raise funds and quickly empty your former residence. Additionally our liquidation team can organize the donation of all unsold items and upon request we can arrange for the emptying of the residence after the estate sale has been concluded.
The residence is now empty, broom swept and ready for your realtor to go on the market and sell.
